Position: HSE / Safety Consultant

Experience: 3–6 Years

Location: Gurgaon Sec. 49

Qualification:

- B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc.
- Diploma in Industrial Safety (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at project sites.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, standards, and client requirements.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct safety induction and training programs for employees and contractors.
- Prepare HSE reports, documentation, and statutory compliance records.
- Support emergency preparedness, response planning, and safety drills.
- Promote a strong safety culture through awareness initiatives and continuous improvement.





Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Experience in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to conduct safety audits and deliver training sessions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in HSE/Safety, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or engineering projects.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Relevant HSE certifications will be an added advantage.
