Functional Responsibilities

- Own and drive the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates

- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with our employer brand

- Leverage digital sourcing strategies and talent networks to build strong pipelines

- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of initiative, curiosity, and a passion for finding excellent talent.

Qualifications

- Bachelors / Post Graduate Degree (MBA Preferred)

Experience

- 7+ years of HR experience especially in Talent Acquisition

Functional Competencies

- Sourcing through various channels

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Behavioral Competencies

- Result Orientation with execution excellence

- Attention to detail

- Interpersonal relations and presentation skills
