About the Role

We're looking for a Manager – Global Mobility & Placements to own the candidate placement pipeline end to end. This role sits at the center of our business, ensuring qualified candidates get matched to the right employer opportunities in Germany and interviews are executed smoothly, on time, and with strong conversion outcomes.

What You'll Do

- Manage the full placement cycle for candidates, from readiness sign-off to interview scheduling to offer closure
- Coordinate directly with employer partners (hospitals, care facilities) to align on interview slots, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
- Track candidate pipeline status closely and flag bottlenecks before they become delays
- Work with the language training and documentation teams to ensure candidates are interview-ready at the right time
- Own placement metrics: interview-to-offer conversion,



time-to-placement, employer satisfaction
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with employer partners to keep the pipeline moving consistently
- Troubleshoot last-minute issues (candidate drop-offs, employer rescheduling) and keep things on track

What We're Looking For

- 3–6 years in placement, staffing, recruitment operations, or international mobility, with a similar coordination-heavy role
- Strong ownership mindset, comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once
- Excellent communication skills, especially coordinating across candidates and external employer stakeholders
- Process-oriented but not rigid, able to adapt when things shift
- Prior exposure to international recruitment, healthcare staffing, or overseas mobility is a plus
