- Proficient in managing client relationships and account portfolios with a strong understanding of service delivery requirements.
- Skilled in stakeholder handling across internal and external teams to support effective investigation and compliance outcomes.
- Capable of managing client escalations with structured communication, coordination, and timely issue resolution.
- Able to apply business and operational acumen to support fraud risk, governance, and compliance-related engagements.
