Role Description The Manager – Finance (SAP FICO) will oversee financial operations and reporting, with a strong focus on SAP FICO module utilization and optimization. This full-time, on-site role based in Raipur involves managing general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, cost center accounting, and financial closing activities in SAP. The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting,



while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support audits, implement process improvements, and provide expert guidance on SAP FICO configuration and enhancements. The position also requires monitoring key financial indicators, supporting management decision-making with data-driven insights, and ensuring timely and accurate financial submissions.

Qualifications

Strong SAP FICO expertise, including configuration, integration with other SAP modules, and hands-on experience in financial and controlling processes.

Solid foundation in accounting and finance, including general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, and knowledge of relevant accounting standards.

Experience with financial controls, compliance, and audit support, including documentation, internal controls, and risk management practices.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and recommend process improvements.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with operations, IT, and leadership teams.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; a qualified qualification such as CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) is preferred.
