Role Purpose The Manager – External Development will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing external infrastructure and beautification works around project sites. The role will involve regular coordination with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and execution of external development works.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate external infrastructure works including roads, footpaths, landscaping, lighting, signage and public realm improvements.
- Coordinate with Development Authorities, Municipal Corporations, PWD, NHAI, Traffic Police, Electricity, Water and Sewerage authorities for approvals, NOCs and execution.
- Liaise with government authorities and other external stakeholders to resolve approvals and execution-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal development teams, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Manage drawings, BOQs, approvals, NOCs, work schedules and project documentation.
- Monitor site progress, quality and timelines and ensure adherence to project requirements.




- Conduct regular site visits and coordinate field-level execution.
- Identify project bottlenecks and support timely resolution of execution and approval-related issues.
- Prepare progress updates and MIS reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in external development, infrastructure development, construction or real estate projects.
- Candidates with Postgraduate qualifications in Construction Management, Infrastructure, Real Estate or related disciplines will be preferred.
- NICMAR / RICS postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Strong experience in government liaison, approvals, NOCs and stakeholder management.
- Candidates comfortable with regular site visits and field work will be preferred.
- Solid project coordination, communication and negotiation skills.
