Key Responsibilities

- Execute and monitor all on-site construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

- Supervise civil, structural, finishing, and external development works.

- Monitor productivity, material consumption, and resource utilization at the project site.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.

- Review contractor progress and certify work completion as per project milestones.

- Identify project risks and proactively implement corrective actions.

- Prepare and submit progress reports, MIS reports, and site documentation.





- Ensure implementation of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices across the project.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 4 to 12 years of experience in execution of commercial, residential, mixed-use, high-rise, or large-scale real estate projects.

- Robust knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, quality standards, and safety practices.

- Ability to manage contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
