Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive professional who can independently manage clients, handle events end-to-end, and deliver outstanding results. The role demands strong client handling, operational excellence, and creative pitching abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client accounts independently, from understanding briefs to delivering final executions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and trust-building.
- Plan and execute events end-to-end, including ideation, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground management.
- Prepare and present creative event proposals and pitches that align with client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams for design, production, and activation activities.
- Handle event budgets, timelines, and documentation efficiently.
- Prepare post-event reports and ensure timely project closure.




- Maintain project data and reports using MS Excel and other tools.
- Travel as required for client meetings, event execution, and activations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing and event operations
- Hands-on experience in activations, corporate events, and BTL marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel whenever required.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
