Role & responsibilities

- Focus on developing clinical protocols and operational controls for admission, billing and insurance policies
- Handling clinical administration and policies related escalation from the patients / relatives and providing satisfactory resolution for the same
- Oversee daily operations of Admissions, TPA desk, Executive Health Checkup unit, and Call Centre
- Manage TPA approvals, documentation, and insurance claim processes
- Monitor call center performance, including appointment booking, inquiries, and patient follow-ups
- Handle patient grievances and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with clinical, billing, and support departments for smooth service delivery
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front office staff performance
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements.

Preferred candidate profile :



We are seeking a seasoned and agile professional for Clinical Administration with 10+ years of hospital administration experience and strong managerial exposure to Admissions, TPA, Billing, EHC, Call Centre, and Front Office operations in a tertiary care hospital

- Ability to lead a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Operations and billing policies
- Basic Knowledge about data analytics, MIS & SQL queries
- Knowledge of hospital front office operations / processes and patient flow
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset
- Data analysis, reporting skills and system improvement focus
- Ability to handle escalations and critical situations
- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and call center tools

qualification : Candidate must with medical degree (MBBS , BDS, BAMS, BHMS) along with Masters degree in Hospital Management or MBA in Hospital / Healthcare Management .
