Role Description The Manager role at Chetanya Career Consultants is a full-time, on-site position based in Ambala. The Manager will oversee daily operations, including supervising team members, coordinating counselling and training schedules, and ensuring smooth delivery of services related to study visa support.

This role involves monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and maintaining high standards of client service.



The position requires hands-on involvement in planning, reporting, and decision-making to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision and performance monitoring.
- Experience in operations management, with the ability to plan schedules, streamline processes, and manage resources efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction, counselling support, and coordination with external stakeholders.
- Background in education consulting, career counselling, or student services, ideally with exposure to overseas study programs of AUSTRALIA, CANADA, UK, EUROPE.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, documentation, and reporting tools to maintain records and track performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, counselling, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role within education or consulting services is highly beneficial.
