Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Manager - Brand Solutions & Sales to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with brands and agencies, and driving revenue through influencer marketing and integrated brand solutions.

The ideal candidate is commercially astute, understands the digital and media ecosystem, and enjoys building partnerships that create long-term value for clients. You should be equally comfortable prospecting for current business,brand reachouts and developing solution-led pitches, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new brand and agency clients across key industry categories.
- Build and manage relationships with marketing teams, brand managers, media planners, and agency stakeholders to generate repeat business.
- Understand client objectives and recommend tailored influencer marketing and branded content solutions aligned with their marketing goals.
- Own the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, pitching, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through new client acquisition and account growth.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Barcode's suite of services across existing client portfolios.
- Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Talent,



and Campaign Management teams to develop compelling, insight-led proposals and seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and gather client feedback to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurate revenue forecasts, and CRM hygiene.
- Stay updated on industry trends, influencer marketing innovations, creator economy developments, and competitor activities to proactively identify business opportunities.
- Represent Barcode Entertainment at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.

Experience & Skills

- 3-5 years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Experience working with influencer marketing agencies, media agencies, digital agencies, publishers, or advertising sales teams is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Existing relationships with brand marketing teams or media agencies will be an advantage.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
