Edunet Foundation is looking for an experienced Manager – AI Assessment & Certification Platform to lead the design and development of our AI-powered assessment and certification platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the assessment & certification platform roadmap and delivery.
- Design psychometric, technical and employability assessments, test blueprints and item banks.

• Work on AI/LLM-based assessment generation, automated scoring and adaptive testing .

- Collaborate with technology teams to build and scale the assessment platform.
- Ensure assessment quality, validity, reliability, fairness and integrity.
- Work with SMEs, industry partners and hiring organizations to keep assessments job-relevant.
- Monitor assessment data and continuously improve platform and candidate experience.

What We're Looking For





✅ 6+ years of experience in Assessment / Psychometrics / EdTech / HRTech / Product roles.

✅ Strong understanding of CTT, IRT, assessment design, validity & reliability .

✅ Experience with AI/ML-based assessment, automated scoring, adaptive testing or proctoring .

✅ Experience working with software/product teams on digital assessment platforms.

✅ Exposure to NSQF / NCVET / SSC frameworks is an advantage.

✅ Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

? Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Psychometrics, Computer Science, Education or a related field.
