Position: Manager After Sales & Service

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Territory: India, SAARC & Africa

Job Summary

Responsible for leading the after-sales service function for Company and SAE-SMB products, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective complaint resolution, warranty management, technical support, spare parts business, and service network development.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage warranty claims, approvals, and warranty cost control.
- Lead the service team, including attendance, travel, and reimbursements.
- Register and track complaints in the ERP system and coordinate with internal departments.
- Develop and manage the spare parts business, dealer, and service network.
- Provide installation support and resolve Zero KM issues at customer sites.
- Conduct preventive maintenance,



product training, and technical support for customers and service engineers.
- Develop spare parts pricing strategy and manage spare parts inventory and warehouse.
- Organize regular service camps and customer visits.
- Build strong customer relationships to support sales growth and market development.
- Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Engineering, Production, and Purchasing for continuous product improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering preferred.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in after-sales service within the automotive, commercial vehicle, trailer, or axle industry.

Skills

- Technical knowledge of axles, suspensions, and braking systems.
- Solid customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Team management and coordination abilities.
- ERP and MS Office proficiency.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
