Role Overview

We're hiring a Manager for Agency Sales to drive new business across our digital marketing and GEO/AEO services line. You'll be pitching and closing projects around digital presence, product marketing, and generative engine optimization, an area Verbinden has built real depth in. If you enjoy selling ideas as much as services, and can hold your own in a conversation about brand strategy or GEO, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

- Generate and qualify leads for digital marketing, GEO/AEO, and product marketing projects
- Own the full sales cycle, from pitch to proposal to closing
- Work with the strategy and content teams to build client facing pitches and proposals
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline,



with regular forecasting and reporting
- Represent Verbinden at industry events, panels, and client meetings
- Stay ahead of trends in GEO, AEO, and digital marketing to bring fresh angles into client conversations
- Build long term client relationships that lead to renewals, upsells, and referrals

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in agency sales, digital marketing sales, or B2B sales for a marketing services company
- A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, and ideally some familiarity with GEO/AEO
- Confident pitching to CMOs, marketing heads, and founders
- Solid negotiation and closing skills
- Self-starter who can build a pipeline from scratch

Good to Have

- Existing network within the marketing or CMO community
- Experience selling GEO/AEO, SEO, or content marketing services
- Familiarity with the B2B tech marketing landscape
