SENIOR FULL-STACK ENGINEER E-commerce Platform Specialist Experience: 5+ Years

Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 5+ years of professional experience to lead the development and deployment of our next-generation e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern web architectures, scalable backend systems, and cloud infrastructure.

You will be responsible for building a high-performance shopping experience from the ground up, ensuring seamless integration between the frontend, backend, and database layers.

Core Tech Stack: Next.js / React, AWS / Azure / GCP, Express.js, Redis, Python (Django/FastAPI), Docker / Kubernetes, PostgreSQL,

Key Responsibilities Frontend Development: Architect and build responsive, SEO-optimized, and high-performance user interfaces using Next.js and React.

Backend Services: Design and implement robust APIs using Express.js and Python-based frameworks to handle complex e-commerce logic (orders, inventory, payments).

Database Management: Design scalable relational schemas in PostgreSQL and optimize queries for high-traffic scenarios.

Cloud & Deployment:



Manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications to cloud environments, ensuring high availability and security.

E-commerce Integration : Integrate third-party services including payment gateways (Stripe/ PayPal), shipping providers, and CMS tools.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application load times, server response times, and database throughput.

Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack development with a focus on web applications.

Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and the Next.js framework (App Router, SSR, SSG).

Strong proficiency in Node.js (Express) and Python for backend service development.

Advanced knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL (indexing, transactions, stored procedures).

Hands-on experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker).

Proven track record of building and maintaining e-commerce or large-scale transactional platforms.

Soft Skills Robust problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with product managers and stakeholders.

Mentorship experience, guiding junior developers and conducting code reviews.
