We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Chartered Accountant (CA)

to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, driving financial reporting excellence, and supporting strategic business decisions. This role requires robust technical accounting expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and maintain accurate financial records.

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory regulations.

- Coordinate internal audits, statutory audits, GST audits, and tax audits.

- Perform bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and fund management.

- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls, accounting policies, and processes.

- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.

- Provide financial analysis, MIS reports, budgeting support,



and business insights to senior management.

- Oversee fixed asset accounting, project accounting, and cost control, preferably within real estate or manufacturing environments.

- Ensure timely vendor payments, customer collections, and effective working capital management.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

is mandatory.

- Equivalent professional finance/accounting qualifications may also be considered, subject to relevant experience.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind AS/AS).

- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting, and MIS.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in the real estate or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
