Social Media & Graphic Designer – Management Trainee

? Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Compensation

Probation: 6 months

During Probation Payout: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Post Probation: Full time opportunity with ₹4–6 LPA CTC (based on performance)

What You'll Do

Create high-quality social media creatives, carousels, reels, and videos.

Design marketing assets for campaigns, branding, and product launches.

Ideate and execute content independently from concept to publishing.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and AI teams.

Experiment with AI tools to create faster and better content.

Stay updated with social media trends, design systems, and emerging formats.

Education (Preferred)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Advertising,



or a related field.

Preferred institutes: NID, NIFT, MICA, IIMs, NMIMS (Narsee Monjee), Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIMB), or other premier design and business schools.

A strong portfolio and exceptional work can outweigh educational background.

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of social media and content creation.

Good graphic design skills with Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

Basic video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus.

First-principles thinking and strong problem-solving ability.

Design-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

Strong interest in branding, storytelling, and marketing.

Ability to work independently with high ownership.
