Its innovative 80:20 restoration model combines biodiversity conservation with sustainable livelihoods to create long-term environmental and social impact.

Role

Soul Forest is hiring two Management Trainees to work across business development, partnerships, operations, and strategic projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to building a fast-growing environmental organisation, with opportunities to take ownership of projects, collaborate with leadership, and develop into future specialist and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

- Support projects across business development, partnerships, operations, and strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare presentations, reports, SOPs, trackers, and business documents.
- Conduct research and support partnership development.
- Work with vendors, consultants, and internal teams on project execution.
- Improve operational processes and recommend new ideas.
- Use AI tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace to enhance productivity.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates with internship/project experience encouraged).
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools.
- Interest in sustainability, ecological restoration, and social impact.
