Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Partner with business leaders on people strategy and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Oversee HR operations, HRMS, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
- Champion employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Analyze HR metrics and MIS to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for HR process improvement, automation, and policy enhancement.
- Mentor and guide junior HR team members while driving cross-functional collaboration
