NAquapharm is looking for a dynamic and analytical Management Trainee – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) to join our Finance team at our Pune Corporate Office.

NIf you're a recently qualified CA (or have up to 1 year of relevant FP&A; experience) and are eager to build a career in strategic finance, this is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain hands-on exposure to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.

NKey Responsibilities

- Analyze financial performance, capital expenditure, investment opportunities,



profitability, and key financial indicators.

- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
N
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and variance analysis for management.
N
- Analyze historical and current financial data to identify trends and recommend business improvements.
N
- Assist in preparing business cases, financial models, and special financial studies.
N
- Retrieve, organize, andpresent financial data for decision-making.
N
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational and financial efficiency.
N

nDesired Candidate Profile

NQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

NExperience: 0–1 year in FP&A; / Financial Analysis / Corporate Finance

NKey Skills

n- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

N- Advanced MS Excel

n- SAP knowledge

N- Excellent communicationand presentation skills

N- Ability to interpret financial data and derive business insights
