Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Sales Professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting property presentations and site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, references, and follow-ups.

Contact prospective customers and identify recent business opportunities.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential projects.

Conduct project presentations and arrange site visits.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.





Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Attend developer meetings, product training sessions, and channel partner orientations.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM.

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Eligibility

Graduation in any discipline.

Minimum 1+ year of experience in Real Estate/Edtech/ Banking Sales or Sales/Business Development.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and solid sales aptitude may also apply.
