Role & responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor material movement and ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Prepare daily MIS reports on stock, dispatches, productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Work on warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and MS Excel for data management and reporting.
- Support audits, compliance activities, and documentation.
- Handle any operational assignments as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
