The incumbent will be responsible for complete QMS System. Must have experiance up to 4 yrs in System, IATF, Lean etc.

· Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight

- Establish, implement, and maintain QMS processes per IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 requirements.
- Ensure alignment of QMS objectives with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Monitor compliance and report QMS performance to top management.
- Audit & Compliance
- Plan and coordinate internal audits and support external certification audits.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans for non-conformities.
- Ensure closure of audit findings within defined timelines.
- Customer & Regulatory Interface
- Serve as the primary contact for certification bodies, customers, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure customer-specific requirements (CSR) are integrated into QMS processes.
- Training & Awareness
- Conduct training sessions for employees on QMS, IATF 16949 core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Promote quality awareness across departments.
- Documentation & Records
- Maintain QMS documentation including manuals, procedures, and records.
- Ensure document control and version management.
- Continuous Improvement
- Drive initiatives for process efficiency, defect reduction, and cost optimization.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
