Role Description The Management Information Systems (MIS) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Surat Area. This role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving MIS processes to support decision-making across production, finance, and operations.

Day-to-day tasks include collecting and validating data from multiple departments, preparing regular management reports and dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The MIS Manager collaborates with finance and IT teams to optimize systems, supports data-driven planning and forecasting, and helps troubleshoot issues related to information systems.



The role also involves identifying opportunities to automate reporting, enhancing data security and integrity, and training staff on MIS tools and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets for practical business insights.
- Proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS), including report generation, dashboard creation, and data management.
- Knowledge of finance concepts to align MIS reporting with financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Experience with information technology and data analytics tools, such as spreadsheets, databases(ERP),Google workspace (Apps script), and business intelligence software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or textiles environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work on-site in the Greater Surat Area.
