Role Description The Management Mentor (NET/SET) is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. In this position, the mentor will guide and support students preparing for management-focused competitive exams and placements, including those aligned with NET/SET standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering classroom sessions, mentoring students individually and in groups, designing and refining course content, and conducting assessments to track progress. The mentor will collaborate with academic teams to ensure curriculum relevance, provide feedback to learners on performance,



and help them develop exam strategies and soft skills essential for interviews and workplace readiness. The role may also involve contributing to workshops, bootcamps, and specialized training modules to enhance students’ overall employability.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in management concepts and exam-oriented pedagogy, preferably with NET/SET qualification or equivalent academic credentials.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, or teaching students for competitive exams or management programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Ability to design structured learning modules, create practice materials, and conduct assessments to measure learning outcomes.
- Comfort with using digital tools, learning platforms, and basic productivity software to deliver and track training.
- Ph.D or NET/SET Qualified in Management or a related field; prior experience in the education, training, or edtech sector is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a learner-centric mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional academic and operations teams.
