Role Description The Management Information System (MIS) Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business data to support management decision-making and performance tracking.

The MIS Analyst will design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders. Daily tasks include monitoring key performance indicators, troubleshooting data discrepancies,



optimizing information systems and reporting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs. The role also involves documenting system requirements, supporting systems enhancements, and contributing to continuous improvement of MIS tools and analytics practices.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), including data structures, reporting workflows, and governance.
- Experience in Systems Analysis, including gathering requirements, mapping processes, and supporting system improvements.
- Hands-on experience with dashboard creation and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Proficiency in databases and querying languages (e.g., SQL) and familiarity with data visualization best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environment.
- Experience in IT consulting or software services environments is an advantage.
