Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end mall operations and facility management.
1. Manage Mall P&L;, CAM budgets, financial planning, and cost optimization.
2. Drive leasing coordination, tenant relationship management, and commercial performance.
3. Oversee housekeeping, security, engineering, parking, and vendor management.
4. Ensure statutory compliance, audits, fire & safety standards, and operational SOPs.
5. Enhance customer experience through operational excellence, marketing initiatives, and process improvements.
6. Lead and develop high-performing teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
