Major Responsibilities

- Deliver a wide range of skilled spa therapies, including body massages, body scrubs, facials, and wellness treatments.

- Provide personalized consultations to guests and recommend suitable spa therapies, wellness programs, and retail products based on their individual needs.

- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities at all times.

- Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and confidentiality while delivering exceptional service throughout the spa experience.

- Create a warm, welcoming, and luxurious atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction and reflects the premium standards of Della Resorts.

- Promote and upsell spa treatments, wellness packages, memberships, and retail products to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

- Maintain accurate treatment records, guest preferences, appointment schedules, and inventory of spa products and supplies.





- Coordinate effectively with the Spa Manager and other operational departments to ensure seamless guest service and smooth daily operations.

- Adhere to all company SOPs, safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and luxury hospitality service protocols.

- Be flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, public holidays, and night shifts as per operational requirements.

Minimum Qualification

Diploma or Certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty & Wellness, or a related field.

Minimum Job Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in luxury hotels, resorts, destination spas, or premium wellness centres.
