Salary: 15,000 – 18,000 In-Hand per month

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

We are looking for Malayalam-speaking Customer Support Executives for a Work From Home opportunity. The ideal candidate should be based in Chennai, have good communication skills in Malayalam, and be comfortable handling customer queries over phone.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate with customers professionally in Malayalam.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Accurately update customer details and interaction records.
- Meet assigned performance and productivity targets.

Requirements
- Mandatory:



Malayalam language proficiency.
- Candidates must be currently located in Chennai.
- Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English/Tamil communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work using a laptop/desktop.
- Good internet connectivity and a suitable setup for Work From Home.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational week-offs.
