NV Immigration is looking for a Malayalam-speaking Immigration Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Malayalam and English, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about helping clients with immigration services.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients regarding immigration services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain client records and CRM.
- Coordinate with the documentation team.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam (Mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English (Mandatory)
- Hindi is not compulsory
- Experience in counselling, sales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and positive communication skills.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
