We are looking for a Maintenance Officer to oversee campus maintenance activities and ensure proper upkeep of buildings, utilities, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance of buildings, classrooms, hostels, and common areas
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, civil, and mechanical repair works
- Monitor housekeeping, safety, and basic infrastructure services
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance work
Eligibility:
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in relevant trade
- Experience in building or campus maintenance preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil works
- Ability to supervise staff and handle day-to-day issues
Salary:
As per Institute norms
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
