Ideal Qualification

Industrial Background: Candidate should be from Telecom and Internet Service Providers

Education: B.E in ENTC/ Mechanical/ Electrical/EEE

Experience: 10 -15 years

1.Maintain and update the asset master

1. Monitor performance of the vendors against defined SLAs
2. Ensure compliance to defined SLA/KPIs
3. Execute O&M; activities for inside plant electronics (ISP)
4. Ascertain compliance to health, safety, setting and fire policies
5. Propose and implement energy optimization initiatives
6. Provide leadership to outsourced infrastructure maintenance team
7. Coordinate with network operations center for network management
8. Ensure adherence to quality management standards
9. Ascertain compliance to preventive and corrective maintenance,



standards for fibre and utility equipment, Liason with statutory bodies and authorities
10. Maintain reliability of optical fiber network, uptime of fiber and, utility equipment
11. Collaborate with infrastructure maintenance core team for, maintaining network performance and upgradation
12. Should have knowledge on RF Backhaul/Transmission

13. Skill Set

1. Knowledge of OSS and SAP - PM and MM modules
2. Knowledge of operations and maintenance of network infrastructure
