- Plant Maintenance: Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing machinery, extruders, and auxiliary equipment used in masterbatch/polymer processing.
- Mechanical Troubleshooting: Expertise in repairing gearboxes, pumps, valves, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and drive assemblies.
- Assembly & Installation: Alignment of motors, pulleys, shafts, and piping work.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering strictly to plant safety standards and maintaining maintenance logs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: ITI (Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-in industrial maintenance experience, preferably from plastic processing, masterbatch, chemical, or continuous manufacturing plants.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to read technical manuals/drawings.
