Role Description The Maintenance Executive (Mechanical) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing mechanical maintenance activities for production equipment and utility systems, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth plant operations. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing mechanical issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating with production teams, and maintaining records of maintenance work.

The Maintenance

Executive will also support installation and commissioning of new machinery, monitor equipment performance,



and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders to schedule repairs, procure spare parts, and implement improvements is an integral part of this position.

Qualifications

- Solid mechanical domain knowledge, including Maintenance and Mechanical Engineering skills.
- Ability to use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for interpreting mechanical drawings and supporting equipment modifications.
- Experience with Inspection activities, including routine checks, troubleshooting, and quality verification of mechanical systems.
- Exposure to Automotive or similar industrial environments with rotating machinery and mechanical assemblies.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or process industry maintenance preferred.
- Understanding of safety standards, preventive maintenance practices, and basic root cause analysis.
- Ability to work in shifts, respond to breakdowns promptly, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
