Role & responsibilities

- To ensure tooling availability in time for production (Tools and moulds maintenance)
- To ensure continuous & productive operations of plant machineries with all safety measures including hydraulic knowledge

Preferred candidate profile

- Arranging Tools, jigs and fixtures in-line with production plan
- Tool and die maintenance periodically as per the schedule (Daily/Weekly)
- Ensure tool or die timely repair and working with vendors
- Reduce tool down time by monitoring & taking corrective/preventive actions against issues
- Reduce repeated tool b/d phenomenas
- Tooling parts management & inventory control
- Maintaining tool history card
- Maintaining drawings, manuals
- AutoCAD knowledge
- Maintain tool room 5S
- Knowledge on hydraulic system diagnosing and trouble shooting
- Hydraulic system trouble shooting involves identifying leaks, pressure & flow problem, worn components, clogged filters, noiseetc
