We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with solid expertise in Injection Moulding Machine Maintenance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hydraulic, servo, utility, and mould maintenance while ensuring maximum machine uptime and minimizing breakdowns.

Qualification

- CIPET / B.E. / Diploma (Electrical)

Experience

- 8–10 years of experience in Injection Moulding Machine Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance and troubleshooting of Injection Moulding Machines.

- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and servo systems.

- Maintenance of hot runner systems and injection moulds.

- Maintenance of utilities including:

- Air Compressors

- Chillers

- Cooling Towers

- DG Sets

- Improve machine utilization and reduce machine breakdown hours.

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Diagnose and resolve machine faults efficiently.

- Maintain maintenance records and ensure timely servicing.





- Follow all plant safety procedures and maintenance standards.
