Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that designs are high quality, meet specifications as per customer requirements.
- Preferable, knowledge of RFQ feasibility should know RFQ study after 3D model receipt from customer.
- Responsible for 3D Modelling of components
- Responsible to ensure the right gating calculations and layout methoding.
Mandatory Skills The candidate should well versed with the following:
- Deep knowledge of Grey Iron & SG iron melting process, Patterns & Core boxes
- Well versed with the Casting inspection methods & drawing reading.
We are looking for candidate to join our team with the Minimum 8 years of Experience in the Domain of Plant Maintenance.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace. This is a full-time on-site role located in Hoshiarpur, Punjab.
Key Responsibilities
- Drives the Maintenance and Reliability initiative focused on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
- Updating maintenance operating procedures and schedules to incorporate the changes.
- Apart from Planning, Execution all Maintenance activities.
- Preventive, Predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Plant Turnaround planning.
- Failure Analysis and Trouble shooting.
- Work in coordination with Production team and other teams to set objectives to achieve 100% Plant reliability and Equipment down time.
- Spare part Management.
The Candidate Should Well Versed With The Following:
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts including PLC, electrical, mechanical & hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Well versed with the MTTF, MTBF
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
