Key Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance (PM):

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies for Oil & Gas Plant Maintenance.

- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify potential failures.

- Maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) records and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.

- Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to schedule and execute PM tasks with minimal disruption.

- Analyze maintenance data to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned outages.

Turnaround (TAR) Engineering:

- Lead and support turnaround preparation & planning, including scope definition, risk assessments, and resource planning.

- Conduct cold-eye reviews and assurance audits of turnaround plans.

- Facilitate workshops for scope challenge, schedule optimization, and risk mitigation.





- Oversee execution of turnaround activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

- Evaluate turnaround performance using KPIs and implement lessons learned for future events.

Work Experience

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- 10-15 years of experience in oil & gas maintenance and turnaround operations.

- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, asset integrity, and maintenance best practices.

- Proficiency in CMMS tools (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) mandatory

- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Workplace) standards and regulatory compliance.
