Primary Responsibilities -

Plan, execute, and oversee electrical and lighting projects from initiation to completion.

- Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety standards and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Manage site staff, provide training, coaching, and performance appraisals.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and site administration as per company requirements.
- Represent the organization professionally in all interactions and maintain high standards of site presentation.
- Solid understanding of electrical drawings, project planning, erection, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; good knowledge of internet tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical solutions under pressure. Familiarity with LED lighting systems and automation solutions.
