Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Social Science Teacher to join our agile educational team in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned instruction in Social Science to primary-level students, fostering critical thinking, curiosity, and a deep understanding of the world around them. This role is essential in shaping students’ cognitive and social development by cultivating inquiry-based learning, cultural awareness, and responsible citizenship.

The teacher will design innovative lesson plans, create an inclusive and interactive classroom environment, and collaborate closely with colleagues and parents to support holistic student growth. Preference is given to local female applicants who are familiar with the community and committed to educational excellence in the region.

Responsibilities

- Deliver age-appropriate, curriculum-compliant Social Science lessons using inquiry-based and student-centered teaching methods
- Develop and implement creative, differentiated lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities
- Conduct regular assessments and provide timely,



meaningful feedback to track and support student progress
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and engaging classroom culture that promotes active participation and critical thinking
- Collaborate with teaching staff and leadership on curriculum planning, interdisciplinary projects, and student support strategies
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate academic progress and behavioral insights to parents effectively

Requirements

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Social Science or related subjects at the primary level
- Strong understanding of the Cambridge Primary Curriculum framework and pedagogical best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent, with a specialization in Social Science or Elementary Education
- Proven ability to inspire and engage primary-grade learners through interactive and meaningful instruction
- Preference for female candidates and applicants residing in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
- Familiarity with formative and summative assessment, reporting systems, and parent-teacher collaboration
