Key Responsibilities

- Manage the CEOs business calendar, priorities, and executive engagements.

- Coordinate leadership meetings, Board meetings, Management Reviews, and Monthly

Business Reviews (MBRs).

- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, minutes of meetings, and track closure of action

items.

- Ensure governance calendars are adhered to across all business functions.

- Support annual business planning and strategic initiatives.

- Monitor execution of CEO priorities and strategic projects.

- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure milestone achievement.

- Prepare business dashboards and executive summaries for leadership review.

- Develop CEO dashboards highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Track performance against business targets and escalate deviations.

- Support preparation of monthly and quarterly business reports.

- Liaise with Corporate functions and Plant Leadership teams.

- Coordinate follow-ups on critical projects and business initiatives.

- Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure timely execution.

- Monitor progress of transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.





- Draft CEO communications, presentations, speeches, and internal announcements.

- Prepare executive presentations for Board, customers, investors, and leadership forums.

- Maintain condentiality of sensitive business information.

- Track strategic projects using project management tools.

- Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables, and risks.

- Ensure project governance and periodic status reporting.

- Support implementation of digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives.

- Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

- Analyze business performance and identify trends.

- Prepare decision-support reports for executive leadership.

- Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.

- Coordinate interactions with customers, OEMs, suppliers, consultants, and external

stakeholders.

- Manage communication between the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.

- Build solid working relationships across all business functions.
