We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to manage daily delivery operations and ensure seamless coordination between delivery partners, depots, and operations teams.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and field-oriented Logistics Supervisor with hands-on experience in the Dairy or FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising last-mile delivery operations, coordinating with delivery executives and logistics partners, conducting regular depot visits, and ensuring timely and efficient product deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily last-mile delivery operations across assigned locations.
- Coordinate with delivery executives, delivery partners, and logistics vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular depot visits to monitor operations and resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor route planning and delivery performance to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of dairy products while maintaining service quality.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and supply chain teams for smooth daily operations.




- Track delivery exceptions and resolve customer delivery issues promptly.
- Maintain attendance, delivery records, MIS reports, and operational documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and operational processes.
- Monitor fleet utilization and support continuous improvement in logistics operations.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Logistics, Last Mile Delivery, or Distribution Operations.
- Mandatory experience in the Dairy or FMCG industry.
- Hands-on experience in coordinating with delivery executives, delivery partners, and depot teams.
- Regular depot visits and field operations experience are mandatory.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of route planning, fleet coordination, and delivery operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Positive communication and team management skills.
