Your Role - Logistics Supervisor

Shipment Delivery & Route Planning

- Ensure shipments are delivered on time, every time

- Plan routes and set up processes across multiple modes — courier partners, bikers,



and third-party options like Porter — to guarantee timely delivery

Courier Partner Management

- Identify cost-effective logistics partners and negotiate contracts and rates

- Evaluate courier partner performance periodically and decide whether to continue or replace

- Maintain credible working relationships with leading courier companies

Process & Systems Ownership

- Set up stable, scalable courier and logistics management processes

- Drive internal process improvements — for example, building a seamless way to receive and process pickup/drop requests from internal operations, vendors, and customers

- Identify and implement automation solutions with courier partners

Issue Resolution & RTO Management

- Respond to internal and external issues or complaints within the decided TAT

- Analyse and manage RTO (Return to Origin) shipments to keep losses in check

You Are a Outstanding Fit If You Have

- 3+ years of experience handling logistics, especially couriers, in an e-commerce company

- Complete knowledge of routes, courier company workflows, and credible contacts with leading courier partners

- Hands-on experience with both B2B and B2C courier handling

- Strong team management skills, having led or coordinated with ground and coordination staff

Skills We Look For

- E-commerce logistics handling experience (mandatory)

- International shipments experience

- Advanced Excel user

- Working knowledge of possible automation solutions with courier partners

- Extremely good communication skills

Bonus Points (Not Mandatory)

- Experience working with a bootstrapped or fast-scaling company handling high daily order volumes

- Exposure to negotiating rate cards directly with national courier partners
