Role Description The Logistics Supervisor role at C&S; ELECTRIC LTD. is a full-time, on-site position based in Haridwar.

The Logistics

Supervisor oversees daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries. This role coordinates with production, sales, and customer service teams to align inventory levels with order requirements and minimize delays.

Supervisor monitors inventory records, supervises material handling staff, enforces safety and quality standards, and supports continuous improvement in logistics processes.



The role also involves resolving shipment and delivery issues, optimizing transportation and packaging, and preparing regular reports on logistics performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, with experience leading and inspiring logistics or warehouse teams.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities, including process planning, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to address delivery concerns, manage expectations, and support long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills for tracking stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems, and knowledge of safety and compliance standards are preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting are advantageous.
