Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role oversees day-to-day logistics operations, including planning and managing the movement and storage of materials, office supplies, and documentation required for client cases.

The Logistics

Manager coordinates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely procurement, optimal inventory levels, and efficient supply chain processes supporting the company’s consulting activities.





Responsibilities include monitoring logistics performance, resolving operational issues, maintaining accurate records, and implementing process improvements for cost-effective and reliable service. The role also involves close collaboration with customer-facing teams to align logistics activities with client timelines and expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong logistics and supply chain capabilities, including Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills.
- Experience in Inventory Management, with the ability to track, control, and optimize stock levels.
- Procurement skills, including vendor coordination, purchasing, and cost negotiation.
- Customer Service skills to support internal stakeholders and ensure logistics operations meet client requirements.
- Relevant experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain roles; background in professional services or consulting is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or logistics management systems.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
