Purpose of the Position

- A Logistics Manager in the IVD industry plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of IVD finished products while complying with regulatory requirements

Job responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Management

- Oversee the supply chain final product distribution.

- Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

- Ensure seamless coordination between manufacturing, Dealer management and distributors.

1. Inventory &
- Warehouse Management

- Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

- Implement best practices for warehouse management, including proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.).

- Ensure adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Valuable Storage Practices (GSP).

1. Transportation &
- Distribution

- Plan and oversee transportation of IVD Finished products, ensuring timely and safe delivery.

- Manage cold chain logistics for temperature-sensitive IVD Test Kits.

- Monitor the performance of logistics service providers.

1. Compliance &
- Regulatory Adherence





- Ensure compliance with IVD Test Kits regulations (CDSCO, SLA, ISO: 13485, GDP).

- Keep updated with changes in global and local logistics regulations.

- Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and inspections.

1. Cost Optimization &
- Budget Management

- Develop cost-effective logistics strategies to reduce transportation and storage expenses.

- Optimize supply chain costs while maintaining product quality and safety.

1. Risk Management &
- Quality Control

- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.

- Address any supply chain disruptions proactively.

1. Technology &
- Process Improvement

- Drive process automation and data analytics for better decision-making.

1. Team Leadership &
- Coordination

- Lead and mentor the logistics team to enhance performance.

- Collaborate with production and sales teams for smooth operations.

1. Any other task assigned by reporting Manager.
