About the Role The Logistics Coordinator oversees the day-to-day movement of goods through the supply chain — from procurement and inventory management to transportation and final delivery. This role acts as the connective tissue between suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams, ensuring shipments move on schedule, accurately, and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate supply chain operations, including inventory storage, stock control, and transportation scheduling.

- Track and monitor shipments, verifying product details (case counts, pallet counts, condition) and resolving delays or discrepancies.

- Communicate with stakeholders — suppliers, carriers, drivers, customer service, and internal departments — to relay status updates and coordinate priorities.

- Prepare and review documentation, including purchase orders, shipping paperwork, invoices, and customs declarations where applicable.

- Manage carrier relationships,



including rate negotiation, scheduling pickups/deliveries, and vetting new carriers.

- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts, reconciliation, and record-keeping (often using ERP or WMS systems).

- Ensure regulatory compliance with transportation laws, ISO standards, and safety protocols.

- Report to management on logistics performance, costs, and operational issues.

- Troubleshoot disruptions such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or supply shortages, and implement corrective action.

- Updation of MIS/POD/Logistics Tracker, Cross verify the vendor Invoices and approving to Finance Team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
