Role Description The Logistics Executive at Lotus Electronics is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods. This full time, on-site role based in Indore includes managing inventory levels, monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining documentation for supply chain and export activities.

The role involves liaising with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues, optimize routes, and reduce logistics costs.

Executive also supports customer service by tracking orders, addressing delivery queries,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, monitor performance, and support process improvements.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management to handle inventory, warehousing, and distribution activities effectively.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Export procedures to manage documentation, compliance, and shipment coordination for international orders.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in retail or electronics, is beneficial.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and basic ERP or logistics software, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities, is preferred.
