Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalgaon, responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods. The role includes coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, liaising with transporters, suppliers, and customers, and monitoring delivery schedules.

The Logistics

Coordinator will manage inventory records, update documentation, and ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements. The position also involves resolving logistics-related issues, optimizing routes and costs,



and supporting cross-functional teams such as production, sales, and procurement. The role requires maintaining explicit communication with stakeholders and preparing regular reports on logistics performance and inventory status.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management skills to oversee stock levels, order fulfillment, and material flow.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track logistics performance, and support decision-making and process improvement.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with transporters, internal teams, and customers, and to address queries and issues professionally.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations within manufacturing or agri-processing environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and inventory or ERP systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site setting are preferred.
