Build and run the in-house loan desk at Oraiyan Groups — one of Bengaluru's fastest-growing plotted development companies with 10+ live projects.

We provide a plot purchase and development loan facility to our customers. Your job is to own this facility end to end: bank partnerships, eligibility, sanction, and disbursement — so that no genuine buyer ever loses a plot for lack of financing.

? What you'll do

Own the customer loan facility end to end — from booking to full disbursement

Build and manage tie-ups with banks, HFCs, and NBFCs for plot and plot-plus-construction loans on our projects (project APF approvals, rate negotiations, SLAs)

Structure and administer Oraiyan's in-house funding options (staged payment plans, SPV-backed funding programs) with the CFO

Lead loan eligibility assessment for customers at the site-visit stage itself, so Sales closes with financing already in sight

Drive files through login → sanction → disbursement, coordinating with our CRM, Legal, and Registration teams for documentation





Track disbursement-linked collections with the Finance team and report weekly at the Monday HOD review

Build and lead the loan executive team as the desk scales

? Compensation: Competitive fixed salary (as per experience) + performance incentives linked to sanctioned and disbursed volumes

✅ What we're looking for

5+ years in home loans / mortgage / LAP with a bank, HFC, or NBFC — or heading loan facilitation at a real estate developer

Robust grasp of plot loan and composite loan products, APF processes, and credit appraisal norms

Existing working relationships with lender branches/DSA networks in Bengaluru

Comfort with RERA-linked documentation and title/legal coordination

Kannada + English essential; Hindi a plus
